It is highly recommended that all foreign nationals, entering India to attend the 6 th International Conference on Sustainability Education (ICSE) 2024 possess a valid international travel document in the form of a passport with a valid visa from an Indian Embassy/Consulate.

ICSE Secretariat can issue an “Invitation Letter” to obtain an entry visa to attend the conference. A letter of invitation will be issued only for the purpose of assisting participants with visa applications.

The following information is required for issuing the a letter of invitation by ICSE Secretariat:

1. Name as it appears on your passport
2. Title/Position (Professor, Dr., graduate student, etc.)
3. Institutional/ Organization address
4. Personal address
5. Email
6. Scanned copy of passport

Such a letter does not imply any financial obligation on the part of the conference organizers.
